2015 year in review

Another year draws to a close and it's a great time for any business to look back and reflect on the year past.
2015 has been a massive year for Webfactory. For a start, we began the year as Webfactore and finished less an e and up a y. This was a long overdue change and although we had become quite fond of the e, the confusion it caused for potential new customers required us to take the plunge and make the tweak.
The next news to report is that our family of small and start-up business customers grew more in the last 12 months than it did in the previous 8 years since we started. From the many testimonials, we receive every week we like to think that we have done this without compromising quality or service.
These new customers, however, have not meant we have forgotten existing customers and as existing customers will know, when we build a website we don't just wash our hands at that stage. We believe in a long ongoing relationship and in line with this we have rolled out over 100 new features and improvements which have been instantly applied to customers' accounts with no additional cost.
Another bit of great news is that the Webfactory team doubled over the last year with lots of fresh new faces in both the design and customer service teams. We also moved to a fantastic new office space which has helped us accommodate the new arrivals (incidentally, if you're looking for modern flexible office space in or near Cardiff, check out The Maltings).
We have lots of exciting plans for 2016 including more features and new products and look forward to telling you about those in the New Year.
But for now, all that's left to say is a big thank you to all of you for your support and custom and look forward to a prosperous New Year for us all!
Merry Christmas
