Welcome to your August update. Read about the latest updates and improvements we've made to our products and services this month.
New this month
Message Centre - We've added a Message Centre to the content section of the Website Editor. The Message Centre will allow you to view message submitted from your forms, vacancy applications, testimonials etc. It also lets you see which email addresses the messages were sent to. We plan to build on the Message Centre adding more functionality in the coming months. Including a Message Centre only option for your forms so messages aren't emailed to anyone and ways to organise messages such as folders and tags.
Copy table content - You can now copy the content from one table to another. When editing a table, you'll see an option to copy a table. Simply click to copy, select the table you want to copy, and the content will be copied over.
Download gallery images - You can now bulk-download images from your gallery within the website editor. This can be handy if you want to make another gallery with the same images or just want to retrieve the images for use elsewhere.
Launchpad Welcome Pack - We've added a new section to the Welcome Pack of Launchpad websites where you can upload additional files for your designer to use when building your website.
Voucher targeting - You can now limit vouchers in your Webshop to specific departments. Previously, vouchers would apply to all products or individual products, but not all products within a department.
Customer account information fix - We've fixed an issue where the forenames of your Webshop customers would not show in your customer list.
Loyalty discount - We've introduced a loyalty discount whereby you will receive up to 30% off a redesign of your website or a new additional website. You earn 10% for each complete year you are a customer. We'll soon be introducing Webfactory Saver where you can receive up to a 60% discount and build up at 20% a year rather than 10%.
News feeds sort order - You can now sort news feeds in reverse chronological order with the oldest first.

Webfactory Saver - We'll shortly be launching our Webfactory Saver package. This package gives you discounts on our standard fees as well as additional perks. You can read more and register for early access on our Webfactory Saver information page.
Content plans - We'll shortly be launching content plans where, in return for a commitment period, you will receive a discount on our designer fees. It's great if you have frequent changes and either don't have the time to make the changes yourself or want one of our designers to make an update for you.
Knowledge base - We've been working on a knowledge base product. The knowledge base product is a website where you can store things such as support articles, guides, policy documents, and other types of resources. You can then make these available to your customers to search for or even lock files down so only your staff can access them.
PDF Invoices - We're working on replacing the current invoices your customers receive when they make purchases on your website with a PDF version. Currently, they are taken to a page on your website.
New product page layouts - We're going to be rolling out our new product page layouts in the coming months. Currently, product pages have a standardised layout; the new layouts will allow for more emphasis on different elements such as product images.
