Good news for 2014

Just like everyone else we think with the start of the New Year, it's also a chance for a good old-fashioned spring clean of the business. It's a chance to look at new ideas and opportunities and develop our relationships with all of our lovely clients. So here are some of the exciting new projects we have coming your way for 2014.

New management system/website builder

By the end of February, we'll be launching our brand-new management system and website builder. Packed with loads of new and improved features, it will be even easier to keep track of how your site is doing and to update your site wherever you are.

Lightening your load and improving your site

To help market your business we're launching content plans. So whether you need content for your entire website or some blog articles we can now help. We'll also be posting regular features and advice on how you can make improvements yourself.

Helping you promote your business on the web

Taking on board all of your welcome feedback, we'll be updating our current Search Engine Optimisation packages to be more transparent, and enable you to keep better track of how your site is ranking with detailed reports and statistics.

Introducing a new and easy way to reach out to your customers

Our sister company Textfactore has had a huge facelift and is another fantastic marketing opportunity waiting to be used. With no contract, you can send bulk text messages to promote your business with offers and rewards, wherever your customer may be.

Building a stronger relationship

At Webfactore we like to keep in close contact with you, as we know how important a website can be in maintaining your business. So as well as always being on hand to help, from now on we'll ensure that we contact you every six months. This means we can see how you're getting on with our services, see if you have any questions, and offering up advice on improving your business.

Don't miss out on our next instalment, where we'll be taking a closer look at our new website manager and all of its new features.
