Today, 3rd March 2023, marks Employee Appreciation Day. As a result, we thought we would introduce you to the individual cogs that make up the Webfactory machine so you can learn what makes them tick:
The Managers
The management team have a wealth of experience and a range of different skills. Their job is to ensure the smooth sailing of HMS Webfactory and all who sail in her. The team is made up of:
Matt
Hi, I'm Matt and I'm the Managing Director here at Webfactory. Like anyone who runs a business, running Webfactory is not a 9-5 job, so I spend a lot of my time looking at ways we can improve our processes and add new features to our products. I really enjoy coding, so I consider an evening tinkering with some code time well spent. When I do tear myself away from my screen, I enjoy playing on my Xbox and getting outdoors where I have been reliably informed there is something called fresh air. 💨 🤓

Hello 👋🏻 My name is Lyndon and I'm the Lead Front End Developer at Webfactory. When I'm not at work, I'm an avid football fan with my team being the mighty Reds (Liverpool) 🔴 I'm partial to a good physiology book 📚 and keeping fit 💪🏻
Chris
My name is Chris, and I am the Backend Developer/Operations Manager here at Webfactory. In my personal life, I have a few passions including cars, food and home automation. So, if I am not driving or eating, I am probably wasting time trying to get my toaster to send me a text when my toast is done! 🚙 🍞 📲

Rhedyn
Hey! 🙂 I'm Rhedyn (Fern in Welsh) - Most people call me Rhed, or something totally different because they have no idea how to say my name! 🙃 I'm an avid creative, but my passions are interior design/decor and making cosplay. 🤩 I enjoy the occasional thrill - be it zooming down a zip wire, smashing an assault course or being dropped 100ft from a tower! 🤘🤪 I'm also a huge fan of horror, thriller and Disney movies - you name it, it's likely I've seen it! 😁

Hiya! I'm Jamie, Senior Designer and Frontend Developer at Webfactory. I'm a big fan of eating, drinking, breathing and sleeping. I don't mind gaming, gyming, TV bingeing and dog walking 🙃

Hello! My name is Dale and I'm a Senior Designer and Marketing Coordinator here at Webfactory. Outside of work, I am normally ridding the World of evil or saving lives... albeit in the Virtual World, but it still counts! 👾 When I'm not saving the World from global tyranny, there is nothing I enjoy more than riding around on my motorbike, whatever the weather. 🏍️ 🌧️ ☀️

Hey, I'm Becky. By day, I'm a Senior Designer and Marketing Coordinator at Webfactory. I've been working in the design industry for around 8 years. I love creating websites and helping our customers bring their visions to life! Out of the office, you'll find me exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside or painting. I love art and design, all things Disney/Pixar and drinking too much tea. 🫖 🎨 🌲

Customer Service Team
The customer service team are the tip of the spear and is the first point of contact for all of our lovely customers. They are responsible for dealing with customer queries, sending quotes, setting up emails/domains and SEO.

Hi, I'm Caitlin and I am a Customer Service Champion at Webfactory. I love all things Halloween and spooky-related. 👻 Outside of the office, I enjoy music and reading. You can usually find me at any local concert with speakers which are far too loud! 🔊 🎶

I'm Lloyd, I've been on the Customer Service team at Webfactory for almost a year now and love it here! I've always been interested in tech - building things, breaking them, and then spending hours trying to fix them, so the role suits me perfectly 🤓
If I'm not behind the laptop, I'm usually found out with my fiancé & kids doing all the things with them that I used to do at their age - skating, snowboarding, climbing trees... generally getting hurt. 🛹🏂🩹👨👩👧👦
