Complete your Welcome Pack
To build your site we ask that you provide a specification that includes your required pages, content, and design guidelines. Our online questionnaire, which we call the Welcome Pack, will help guide you through this process.
We build your website
Once your Welcome Pack has been submitted one of our designers will check we have everything we need. If anything is missing they will let you know, otherwise they will get to work on your website design for you to review.
You review the design
After receiving your website design we ask you to review it and provide feedback. We then make improvements based on your input and repeat the process until you’re fully satisfied with the website design.
We launch your website!
Once your site is perfect, we will make it live to the public and submit it to Google. We will then also send you login information and instructions on how to update and view your website reports.

After signing up, we invite you to complete our Welcome Pack to help us understand your business’s unique needs and requirements. Most customers use our online questionnaire, but we appreciate that some prefer a more personal approach or find it challenging to express their thoughts in a form.
With this add-on, we’ll arrange a call—typically lasting up to an hour—where we’ll guide you through the process and complete the form on your behalf. You’ll also receive personalised advice and insights from your advisor, helping you uncover opportunities and considerations you may not have thought of.
